Charles Kenyon had been selling to the
electrical distribution channel for years before
starting Selecta Switch in his very own garage
in 1976. Starting with switches, followed by
indicator lights and terminals, Selecta became the
preferred supplier of component parts to the electrical channel.

In the 1980’s, Selecta began expanding its Honeywell MICRO SWITCH offering as
Charles R. Kenyon
1923 - 2014 well as, Mueller clips, relays, and contactors, increasing their overall value to the
Selecta Products Founder distributor.

The 2000’s saw the addition of more high quality brands including CRC,
Duracell and Acorn Fasteners.

Over the last few years, Selecta partnered with
Energizer, UPG, Rust-Oleum, RectorSeal, LPS, and
HIOKI to supply the channel with even
more high performing products.
